Went to Su Zhou on the 2 November 2006. Came back on the 10 November 2006. I enjoyed my stay there with my friends and here is the summary of my school trip...

When we reached Shanghai airport, we carried our luggages and boarded a coach to Su Zhou. After a 2 and a half hour bus ride, we finally reached our destination. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and said goodbye to our teachers because we had to take the same coach to the school's hostel. On the same night, we went to the conference room where the school's principal gave us a brief summary of the programme installed for us.

We listened attentively and tried very hard to memorize all the upcoming events. While sitting in the classroom with the China students, i observed that they were listening attentively to thier teacher. The periods in China schools are longer but after every period of 40 mins long, they will be given a 10 mins break. They also carry out eye exercises which helps them to relax 2-3 times a day.I also noticed that less people in the class wear spectacles.

I hope I will have the opportunity to visit other schools in China in the near future. I hope you will have a chance to visit Su Zhou and have many memorable experiences like mine.
